Contact and corrections
Open Line is a small, independent publication. We cannot fix your phone or your bill, but we do want to hear when a guide is wrong or out of date.
Reporting an error
Roaming rules, emergency-call obligations and number-porting procedures change. If you find a wrong figure, an outdated rule or a broken source link, please write to the publisher at the postal address shown on the legal notice page, quoting the page address and the sentence concerned. Corrections are checked against the primary source; when a guide is corrected, the "Updated" date at the top of the page changes.
What we cannot help with
- Your account, plan or bill. Open Line is not an operator and has no access to any customer account. Questions about charges, porting requests or coverage go to your own provider, and disputes to the national telecoms regulator or ombudsman.
- Emergencies. If you need help now, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU) from the most reliable connection you have.
- Sponsorship and paid placement. Open Line does not sell plans, SIM cards or calling credit, and does not accept payment to recommend a service.
- The former VikingTalk service. Open Line has no connection with the calling service or the blog that used this domain before, and cannot access any of their accounts; see About.
